Whether you choose to join us for a once-off event, a single day workshop, a full weekend retreat or a longer programme targeted at a specific need, you will walk away empowered with resources that allow you to implement what you learn into your everyday life. We also provide the opportunity for individual consultation.
Our multi-layered approach to wellbeing stems from years of professional experience and engagement with a variety of therapies, as well as with nature, which allows us to create a much more diverse offering that can be tailored to your needs.
ABOUT OUR PRACTICES
We use techniques such as Forest Bathing (Shinrin-Yoku), nature-based health and wellbeing plans, Sensory Intelligence®, stress management, the Bonny Method of Guided Imagery and Music, breathwork and relaxation techniques amongst others.
Using this combined knowledge, and nature as a co-therapist, we provide a personalised and well-rounded service that considers the many aspects of your wellbeing. This may include personal and spiritual growth, social connection, creativity, stress and overwhelm, burn-out, work-life integration, lifestyle related health concerns, anxiety, depression etc. Our approach is pragmatic, realistic and empowering.
