Join us for a weekend as we retreat into the transformational power of nature. Let your body, mind, soul and spirit be nurtured by nature.
You will have the opportunity to enjoy a Forest Bathing Walk, connect more deeply with nature through creativity, breath with nature with different breathwork practices, contemplate the wisdom in nature and hear her music. We will begin to explore how nature connects us to ourselves and the interconnectedness of all things.

Your Host
Your retreat guide, Jen Blenkinsop, is a fellow traveller on the journey towards a shared and transformed 'newmanity'. Jen is an occupational therapist with more than 30 years of experience on 3 continents in both physical and mental health. She is deeply passionate about nature and the environment, having been on expeditions in Africa, Asia, the Americas and Europe. She is a certified Forest Bathing Guide and Level 1 Field Guide Association of South Africa guide.Her own spiritual and faith journey consciously began as a young girl and continues as she awakens even more to the transformative wisdom of nature, music and the breath.
